Religions claim to teach love, but in truth they kill it. Love is everywhere, in everyone, it is there at all times, it is in the depths of every human being. Love spreads. Human beings no longer need organized religions. What is the use of submitting to a religious party if love is fully within us at all times? Isn't that the ultimate goal??
When we love, we simply live the most beautiful spiritual ideal, therefore no need for a cage to lock it up, but the churches refrain from preaching independence and affirm that it is impossible to love fully and that this exclusivity is reserved for their God who alone can save us. That many stereotypes and clichés adorn the ideal of love: « As a poor sinner, you might as well not try it alone, it's a waste of time, and dangerous too! "
And when it becomes impossible to deny that a person really loves, the church calls him holy, so as to take good care to make him inaccessible to his faithful who must absolutely remain poor sinners for whom love is inaccessible. by the direct route (...). In fact, love is very dangerous for our society, since it makes people free from all institutions and frees them from fear. Do you know of a religious or political party that does not use fear to try to impose its supremacy?
It is the fear of hell preached in our churches which, in fact, kills love. It is fear of the other, a value for religious parties, which pushes the ideal of love far away. As long as the churches preach mysteries and fear by setting aside individual independence in the sense of maintaining their supremacy, there will be no true love on earth, universal brotherhood will be only an empty concept.
